This section explains how we work and what you can expect Verzel Studio to produce on a daily basis.

Every morning, our operations team will look at the requests in your queue and decide, in collaboration with your dedicated designers, what should be delivered for the day, in terms of both new requests and revisions. You can also specify which project is the most urgent.

Since we work day by day, you can expect to receive an update on your new requests or revisions on the next business day. We know time is money so we make our best to deliver the files as fast as possible.
Defining an exact measure of how fast your designer(s) will be able to deliver on a daily basis is nearly impossible as:
-- Graphic Design / Video production / 3D is a creative process
-- Each request is different both in size and complexity
-- Revisions and modifications of a design can also take some time

Generally, we deliver most requests in about 1-3 business day. But production time may vary, for more information about the Daily Output visit this page. If you have specific needs concerning the delivery time, you can always contact us for a custom subscription plan.

Verzel Studio is a remote company headquartered in Aix-En-Provence - France. Our team is distributed across France, Europe (Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belgium) and the UK.

We only work in English and French for now. We may add other languages if needed in the future. 

The communication with the team and your designer(s) should and will always be in English or French. However, we can do design requests in any language provided, as long as you send us the copy/text that you want to include in your graphics.

We will then copy / paste the text your provided into your graphics so it is very important that you check your spelling and grammar mistakes before sending it to us.

Unlimited Graphic Design, Videos, 3D and more... for a flat monthly fee! But what does it really mean?

Verzel Studio offers a fixed-price unlimited graphic design service for Entrepreneurs, SMBs, Startups, Franchises and Companies all around the world.

What "unlimited design" mean? No matter how many requests or revisions you send in, the price remains the same. There are no extra charges, no contracts, no hidden fees, everything is included in the monthly price. We do not have a limit on the number of requests you can ask. Every time you submit a request, it will be added to your queue and you can queue up as many requests as you want depending on your plan. Your assigned designer will then work on your request(s) every day, starting with the one at the top of your queue. You can also specify is a request is more urgent than another.

How to create brand profiles and link them to your requests?

With Verzel Studio you can create brand profiles and choose a brand to assign to each design request you make. This will help you save time and will ensure your designer is always working with the good brand assets.

The first step is to create a Brand Profile: Go to the Brands tab and click on the Create a brand button.

Then you will have to fill in the necessary informations about the brand, hit Save and it's done!

Submitting a design request to your designer is super easy and quick. Once you are signed in, make sure you are in the Projects tab, then simply click on the Create a request button:

Fill in the request form and your designer will start working on your request ! As simple as that!
Please be as specific as possible when you request a new project, the more informations you give your designer, the better the design will be.

How long does it take to complete a request?

Once you have subscribed to a Plan, our designers will deliver the graphical work within 1-2 business days in general.

Every design we produce are custom-made, personalized to your brand, and require creative input from our design team. Therefore, no two requests are ever the same. Some requests take 30 minutes while others can take 3 days to produce, depending on the complexity of the project.

As we do not work per request but instead per day, here is an estimation of what you can expect us to produce on a daily basis.

If you are not satisfied with the design your designer produced, you can always ask for unlimited revisions. If still you are not satisfied, a new designer with a style you like will be assigned to the task.

Depending on your request, our designers will use the right tool for the right job. 

For graphic design requests, we always provide you with JPEG, PNG & SVG as well as the sources files if needed (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch...)

For GIF & Video we support Adobe After Effect & Photoshop

For Presentations/slide deck design we support Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint

For Web Design request we support Photoshop, Sketch, Figma

How can you pay for your subscription?

Verzel Studio only accepts verified debit or credit cards and we use Stripe as our payment processing system. We do not accept: Check, cash, PayPal..

Bank transfer are available only for Entreprise Plan members.

How to create a brand profile and link it to your requests

You can create a brand and upload all of your brand assets only once. Every time you submit a new request you can choose to link it with one of your brand(s), this will increase your productivity and will ensure your designer is always working with the right brand assets.

To create a brand, simply go to your Brand tab and click on Create a brand:

Using the latest technology, our animators set 3D objects in motion. Whether it is props, characters, products or a property, any element can be brought to life within a 3D space. Our 3D designers can produce world class motion design videos & custom 3D modeling and animation.

You can interact with your Project Manager through our web application. Via e-mail, phone or Direct Messaging depending on your Plan. In each request, there you can specify your needs. It is important to give us as much information as you can, so that our design team can produce outstanding pixel-perfect graphics.
